We are a boutique travel agency that has been planning destination weddings since 1994. We specialize in traditional and LGBTQ weddings, honeymoons bachelor, and bachelorette parties. Out’n About Travel offers you a choice of three specially designed wedding packages, we are a true one-stop shop dedicated to the success of your destination wedding.
One-Carat Package

- We will help you select the perfect location whether you are planning the event of the season with 250 guests or a simple beach side ceremony for two.
- We provide venue and vendor referrals through our first hand experience with destination weddings.
- We research the legal requirements needed for each country, whether it be a legal or symbolic wedding.
- We use our industry relationships to provide you with exclusive privileges and special touches that create lasting memories.
- We will sign you up on the Out’n About Travel Wedding Registry.
- We will guide you through the entire planning process and will be there to help you every step of the way with 24 hour emergency assistance.
Two-Carat Package

All inclusions from the one Carat Package Plus - Provide you with an extensive wedding checklist to help you with your planning. Organizing a wedding can be overwhelming as there are so many elements to consider; finalizing the guest list, managing a budget, finding an appropriate venue and, of course, selecting that perfect wedding dress! This checklist will help you to manage the whole process so that you can relax and enjoy stress-free preparations for your special occasion.
- A seashell themed wedding not your style? Don’t worry! We will research each wedding package offered by the resorts you have chosen to help you make sure it is the right fit for you.
- We will get in contact with a local Wedding Coordinator at the resort you have chosen and introduce you so you can start planning.

Three-Carat Package

All inclusions from the One Carat Package and Two Carat Package Plus - We will assist you in booking on-site wedding events for your group such as a rehearsal dinner, a welcome cocktail party, and any group excursions your group wants to partake in.
- Out’n About Travel can provide a wedding website where you can include photos of the destination and resort, links to make reservations, a list of wedding events and travel requirements. Use this website to keep your guests updated and collect RSVPs. This is also a great way to get your guests excited about the trip, so have fun with it!
- We will also assist you in planning your honeymoon. Whether it be adding an additional week at your chosen wedding resort or taking a romantic limousine ride to a romantic adult-only location after the wedding, we can help you plan every detail!
